INGREDIENTS – 1 1/4 cups almond flour – 1/4 cup Stevia Sweetener – 1/4 tsp salt – 1/4 cup butter, melted – 4 ounces sugar free chocolate chips – 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter – 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut – 3 tbsp butter

Start by preheating the oven to 325F. Once done, take and whisk together the almond flour, stevia sweetener, and salt. Next, melt the butter and add it to flour mixture until the mixture is well incorporated and crumbly.

Once it's crumbly, you're going to flatten out the mixture into an 8x8 baking pan. Make certain that you press firmly into the bottom. If you want to, you can add a layer of parchment paper to the bottom to make it easier to pull the bars out.

Then go ahead and put it into the oven to bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until just golden brown. After that timeframe, remove and let cool. While the crust is cooling, you'll want to start to prepare your filling.

Grab a microwave-safe bowl and melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Stirring in between 30-second increments until melted and smooth.
