CHRISTMAS BLUEBERRY FUDGE RECIPE

This blueberry fudge will have you forgetting that regular fudge is even a thing. It’s not only stunning to look at but that taste and flavor will have you coming back for “just one more bite”. We’ve probably all had the same old fudge recipes over and over again but this blueberry and cream fudge recipe is different.

INGREDIENTS – 1 stick of butter - softened – 1 cup of sugar – 1 cup of flour – 1 teaspoon of salt – 1 cup of blueberries - rinsed and dried (Extra for topping) – 1 can of Eagle-brand milk (sweetened condensed milk) – 2 cups of melted white chocolate – 1 teaspoon of blue food coloring gel

Grab a 9 X 9-inch square pan and line with parchment paper In a mixing bowl, mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Put the flour in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute in the microwave. Once the timer goes off, remove and stir. (be careful, the flower will be hot.)

Then, place the flour back in the microwave for 15 seconds, remove and stir again. Once done, add the flour to the mixing bowl and mix.

In a different microwave-safe bowl add the Eagle brand milk and white chocolate. Melt in 15-second intervals until smooth. Stir.

Once done, pour the melted chocolate into the other mixing bowl and mix. Add in your blueberries and blend on low - mixing literally for just a couple mixes
