INGREDIENTS – 1 cup coconut oil, room temperature – 1 cup aquafaba, about 1/2 cup or 2 eggs (I ran out of eggs so I used bean juice) – 1 cup of sugar – 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, clear – 2 tsp baking powder – 3 cups flour – Icing – 6 cups powdered sugar – 1/2 cup aquafaba (or 2 egg whites)

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grab your sugar and oil and cream together with your mixture. Then, add in your aquafaba (or eggs again, I was just out of them) and your vanilla extract.

Take your flour and baking powder and whisk them together in a separate bowl. Once done, combine it with the sugar mixture that you previously made. Add in 1/3 increments and mix.

Be aware that the dough will look a bit crumbly. This is okay. Just take it and dump it out onto parchment paper (this can't be skipped!) and work it.

Take the dough and roll it to be about 1/4 inch thick. They really can't be any thinner than that or they will crack and break.

Take your llama cookie cutter and start to cut out your cookies. Save any of the excess dough and use that to make a triangle for the unicorn corn. (This is the step that turns your llama into a llamacorn!)
