INGREDIENTS Almond Flour Stevia Salt Baking Powder Butter Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 300F degrees.

Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder. Next, add in melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg until the mixture is combined.

Roll out the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper to about ¼ inch thickness.

Cut the cookies into circles using a 2-inch cookie cutter.

Transfer the cookies  to baking sheets. You should get about 36 cookies.

Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on  top of each  shortbread cookie
