SUGAR COOKIE FRUIT CUPS

These Sugar Cookie Fruit Cups are one tasty treat! Not only do they have that sweet cookie base but then they’re stuffed with yummy fruit in the middle.

This is such a simple cookie cup fruit dessert that is going to make everyone happy. They’re the perfect balance of sweet and natural sweet and are light on the tummy, too.

INGREDIENTS

• sugar cookie dough • cream cheese • sugar • vanilla • blackberries • raspberries • kiwi • cooking spray

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Next, take and spray your mini muffin pan with the cooking spray.

Once that is done, you're going to want to break apart your cookie dough into 24 equal parts. Then, put one piece in each section of the muffin pan.

Add to your oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Once done, take them out of the oven and move them to a baking rack to cool.

Once they are cooled down, use a butter knife around the edge to lightly remove each cookie cup. Next, you're going to start making the frosting middle. Grab a mixer, blender or Ninja, and add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and 12 berries.
