DOUBLE CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI MUFFINS

These Double Chocolate Zucchini Muffins are the best. I love whipping them up for breakfast in the morning or even treating our tastebuds to one of my favorite Zucchini desserts.

These healthy chocolate muffins are the best way to start or end the day.

INGREDIENTS

• oats • flour • cocoa powder • baking powder • baking soda • cinnamon • salt • zucchini

Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees. Take and put 12 cupcake liners inside your muffin tin and set aside.

Put 1 1/2 cups of your oats to the blender and blend until the texture is a super fine flour powder. Take out the blender and put it into a mixing bowl.

Once you have the mixture in the bowl, add in the other dry ingredients and set aside as well.

Using your blender again, add in the wet ingredients and blend until mixed and smooth.
