Finding a flexible job with location freedom doesn’t have to be hard. Bringing in an extra income while being able to stay at home with the kids is something that so many moms find to be incredibly important but seemingly impossible. Before children, we love our jobs, our identities provided to us by our career, the friendships we make within the office, and the responsibility and meaningfulness we feel each day by contributing to society.
After children? Not only are we exhausted but we often times feel like we want more for our children than we are able to provide in the few evening hours we have with them. This really started to hit home with me when my son started school and I wasn’t able to be there for each and every classroom party, library volunteering opportunity, early dismissal, and so on. For many parents, this becomes a large concern when baby is first-born, or even when a sibling is added to the mix and the realization of how much daycare will cost comes in to play. Finding a flexible job will afford you that freedom you’ve been missing.
