Sugar scrubs are one of the most loved skincare products and it is easy to see why! Not only are they fun to use, but the smooth feeling of your skin after using a sugar scrub is also absolutely unbeatable. They can get pretty pricey in stores, depending on where you buy them, but can be made at home at a much more affordable price tag!

Recipes for body scrubs are pretty much endless since you can combine almost anything you’d like in order to achieve the color, texture, and scent that you’re going for. Here are just a few of my absolute favorite combinations!
Tropical Pina Colada Sugar Scrub
My first thought after seeing this recipe on Happiness Is Homemade was that this scrub could definitely make anyone feel like they’re living the beach life, year round! The smell is out of this world and the color is just beautiful! This is definitely one to try out! Get the instructions here!
Lemon/Raspberry Lemon Sugar Scrub
Another light, refreshing, and DELICIOUS smelling recipe! These two sugar scrubs can be made together, as one just takes 1 extra ingredient! You could always make just one, but I highly suggest you go all out and do both!! The directions are so simple to follow and can be found right here!
Cucumber Mint Sugar Scrub
Cucumbers are the greatest addition EVER to a sugar scrub. They are packed with antioxidants and so refreshing for our skin. The peppermint oil added into this recipe just seals the deal and gives it an incredibly refreshing and smooth scent. As stated with the recipe on Creations by Kara, this one is probably best stored in the fridge, due to the cucumber.

Rose Sugar Scrub
Like I said, I love all sugar scrubs, but this one? This one MIGHT be my favorite. It is so simple, smells absolutley incredible, and feels amazing on your skin! Not to mention, it is beautiful as well and could double as a cute little jar display on your sink! Homan At Home seriously knocked it out of the park with this one! (Strongest scent if used within 1 week of making)
Cotton Candy Lip Scrub
How can you not love this bright and colorful scrub?! Since this one is a lip scrub, it actually has a cotton candy flavor as well as a look! Sugar scrubs are fantastic for removing dead dull skin from our entire bodies but we should never forget about those lips! Lipglosses, lipsticks, etc will all go on smoother and last longer if we have well-exfoliated lips! Bitz & Giggles recipe for this stuff is so easy to follow and one you should not skip out on!!
