There are so many things to look forward to this time of year, from the start of the school year to the changes in weather coming! When school starts back up, as most of us moms know, weeknights can seem to be a little more hectic.
The relaxed summer vibe has come and gone and getting a sensible dinner on the table quickly enough to leave time for homework before baths and bed… well it is a struggle in my house! Simple Crockpot recipes are the biggest lifesaver for me, especially when the temps are getting colder and stews and soups and ciders are sounding better and better!
Finding simple crockpot recipes is one of those sacred things that seem to make life just a little bit easier. When I can get up in the morning, throw one of these simple crockpot recipes together, and let it go while I head to work or otherwise remain busy with my day, it makes the evening so much nicer.
I don’t feel as rushed and bombarded when I walk in the door to the smell of something delicious cooking in the crockpot! Oh, and the great crockpot recipes you can find out there for desserts? These are gifts from heaven.
