Can you use frozen blueberries in this recipe?
While it’s totally tempting to do so since it’s quicker, easier and cheaper, they just don’t work in the recipe. The reason for this is because as they thaw, they release liquid and that will be a big issue for the setting up of this fudge.
Fresh blueberries are best when it comes to this delicious easy fudge recipe.
How long will it take for the fudge to set up properly in the fridge?
This is the hardest part of this entire recipe…waiting for the fudge to firm up! I would say that it takes at least 24 hours for it to cool and harden properly. (and that time may be a little more depending)
You’ll have to be patient during this time but I can promise you that it’s totally worth the wait.
How do you store leftover fudge?
You’re going to have to keep this fudge in a covered container and keep it stored in the fridge. With all the ingredients that are included, it needs to stay at room temperature to enjoy.
And if you really need to save it for later, you can even store some in your freezer, too!
