Why is my banana bread dry?
Dry banana bread is the worst. More than likely, if your banana bread is dry, it meant that you didn’t have the ratios quite right. Make certain to measure your flour very carefully so that you don’t have too much. This is one of the biggest reasons that banana bread comes out dry.
What is the difference between banana cake and banana bread?
There are actually quite a few differences between the two. (But both are totally delicious!) The banana cake might use a different flour and a type of yeast to be fluffy while banana bread is denser and usually has chocolate chips or nuts in it as well.
What tastes good with banana bread?
So many things! Some people actually like to enjoy it as is, but I’m a toppings kind of girl. Butter is always a good choice but if you really want to take it over the top, try some Nutella or even some whipped cream right on top, too.
Drizzling on a little honey can be fun and even some marshmallow fluff will have this delicious bread recipe tasting more like an awesome dessert.
